Turtles All the Way Down

The phrase, “Turtles all the way down,” to me is a metaphor for finding the source of something, whether that something be the universe, destiny, philosophy, family trees, or anything else that seems to have an endless ancestral background of information. For the purpose of this blog, the phrase is about finding the source of good gaming – especially when it comes to creating fantastic campaign settings and worlds. It’s as simple as that. I’m not claiming to know the answers, and I’m not trying to find the one true source, but I’m going to dig as deep as I can.
